  TERRY MILLER

Terry Miller, a North County native, has been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner for 20 years. She has been teaching Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes at Personally Fit for almost 15 years. The Feldenkrais Method improves your balance, agility, strength and releases habitual holding patterns giving you greater ease of movement and comfort. Often times in our busy lives, with the intention of doing our best, we end up with stress, stiffness and pain. These 45 to 60 minute lessons explore moving in ways that feel good, relieving stress and pain. Terry says, "I appreciate seeing the change in my students as they learn new ways of thinking about how they use themselves, moving more easily and pleasurably in class. This learning has dramatic impact on their other activities: golf, yoga, swimming, walking and daily activities." Terry also has a background in Reiki and Massage and is a Certified Sounder Sleep Teacher. In her free time, she walks, hikes, swims, cycles and boogie boards.
